J&K Govt. Will Start An Online Portal To Ensure The Transparency In Transfer Process
The Education department of Jammu & Kashmir is going to start an online portal. According to Press Trust of India (PTI), Priya sethi announced that government ensures transparency in the transfers of employees. It will reduce the corruption level in the transfer process. Minister of State for education, Priya Sethi Said “To promote transparency and plug the menace of corruption in transfers in the education department, which is one of the biggest in terms of human resources, an online system would be put in place.”
She also said that education department creates an in house board to monitor on this process. The online System connected with the database of employees and transfer process would be done automatically after completion of all the necessary formalities. For good of our education sector transfer of employees would be executed as per necessity. She also said “The process of rationalization has been initiated under the guidance of Chief Minister (Mufti Mohammad Sayeed) and Education Minister (Naeem Akhtar) who have taken bold steps to ensure quality education in the state.”
The government is trying to restore the education system in J&K state. She also said that good quality of education is the first priority of the government and J&K govt. ensure that they will do all the necessary things to increase the standard of education in the state.
