This move also resolves the problem of UN-employment in Jammu & Kashmir. The Honorable Educational Minister also said “We will open our school buildings for educated and unemployed youth who can run tuition centers during winters or start evening classes there. We have a large pool of talented youth who are running from pillar to post to earn a livelihood. This step will help in addressing their problem of unemployment to some extent.”

The Education department of J&K would conduct a screening test for the students who are interested in giving the tuitions to students. If they found capable for this then they are allowed to start these facilities. So candidates have to pass the screening test if they want to give coaching to the students.
