Ashutosh Agarwal from IIT Patna got Rs 1.8 Crore Package by Google

Once again, IITians are on the winning horse. Google again has offered whopping Rs 1.8 crore package to a 21-year old computer science student from IIT-Patna Ashutosh Agarwal. This is the highest package ever offered in IIT Patna from its Inception.

Its Hatrick by Indian engineers within 15-days with Rs. 1 Crore and above package. It’s raining offers from Google to engineering graduates in India. After 2 crore offer to a IIT-Khargpur student, now IITian Ashutosh Agarwal is all set to join google.  Ashutosh is still in his 7th semester and he was selected after completing three months internship at Google New York. He was given the offer after rigorous interviews and telephonic rounds. After he finishes his eighth semester he will work for Google office at North American states.

According to Recent reports, Ashutosh is basically from Lucknow and studying in IIT Patna. He said that, “since computer science was not a traditional subject, he had to think differently and sharpen his skills for success“.

Ashutosh wrote on his Facebook timeline.“Thank You everyone for your heartfelt wishes! The day was made even grand by appreciation and love that met me! Excitement is still high! Celebrations will persist” .

Ashutosh is a son of entrepreneur parents and he is a final-year computer science student of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna. Lucknow boy Ashutosh Agarwal bagged a big job with an annual package of Rs 1.80 crore at Google Inc. The placement is off-campus.

Presently in his 7th semester, the 21-year-old, who finished a three-month internship at Google New York earlier this year went through another rigorous round of interviews, including telephonic before he was absorbed by Google. He will work in one of the North American states, after he completes engineering.

Recently, an IIT student from Kharagpur, Abishek Pant, a Computer Science programmer received a job offer of Rs 2 crore per annum from Google. Also, in Delhi Technical University, Google offered a heavy package of Rs 1.27 crore to Chetan Kakkar who also interned with Google.
