Special kids in Maharashtra can now avail older writers for All classes

Maharashtra government will decide to treat all the students as same. Till now only the students of class 10th and 12th are allowed to take help in writing at the time of examination (if student is not able to hold the pen/pencil for any reason then he takes the help of an older person). But from now board decide that all the students of class 1 to 9 and 11 can take the help of an elder person if needed.

“The students with special needs should also be treated equally. They need help for progress in academics, which is why the state government has come out with this resolution, where not just SSC and HSC students with special needs are given revised concessions, but also students with special needs from classes 1 to 9 are to get benefits,” quoted education minister Vinod Tawde.

It is a really good decision by the government of Maharashtra it will help all the students of Maharashtra.
