Himachal Pradesh Announced Free Education for disabled Children

Himachal Pradesh Become the first state to provide free education for special-able students:-

Himachal Pradesh High court Directed to Himachal Pradesh government to provide free education in university and also increase that amount of scholarship for the students who have some special-ability. High court said to government to create a law for this which is for disabled students up to 18 year age. This law applies in next 6 months according to High court direction.

This Judgment was passed by justice Rajive Sharma and Justice Trilok Chauhan. Umang foundation plays a very big role in this judgment and also awarded 1 lakh by high Court for the benefit of disable children.

University of Solan and Palampur have instructed by High Court to Create a body and prospective for this and The HP state public service commission and HP subordinate service selection board have also been instructed to create all rule and regulation in 6 month time period.
