Delhi Government Warns Private Schools

The Delhi government has given a warning to private schools of Delhi to notify the criteria for Nursery admissions for the upcoming academic session by December 25. If any Private school does not follow the warning then government will take some strict action against them.

According to PTI reports, the Directorate of Education (DoE) has asked solo recognized schools to clarify the criteria for admission which is well defined, equitable, non-discriminatory, unambiguous and transparent.

Schools have to upload the criteria for the entry level classes with the numbers of seats reserved for EWS/DG categories by December 20. But almost 1735 schools still don’t submitted any criteria sheet “It is regretted to note that all schools have not uploaded their criteria. Therefore, the heads of all the remaining private unaided recognized schools are hereby directed to upload their criteria along with points by December 25 positively,” the letter sent to defaulter schools by DoE said.

So now government will gave them a last warning to submit all necessary information which is related to admission till 25 December other government will take some serious action against them. The first list will be displayed on February 15, followed by another list on February 29.
