Chennai Student Commit Suicide Due To Ragging

V Krisna Chaitnya a students of college in Chennai committed suicide by hanging himself to the fan inside the house. Ha had come back home in Diwali vacation in Hyderabad. It is unproven that it was due to being ragged by one of his seniors

According to press trust of India a Police officer said that his family members file a fir against the seniors who ragged him. Police is investigating the case and in investigation police find the personal diary of Krishna in this diary he wrote an eight page suicide note. He mentioned that he is taking this step because of harassment by one of his seniors, Shekar alias Purnachandra Rao. He is in 3rd year. He also mentioned that his senior taking money from him and also beat him up.

Krishna had also written that his seniors also forced him to do all their personal work. He was also force to pay the bills. Before this incident, there was another case of a first year B Tech student jumping in front of a moving train, due to persistent ragging by senior students.

After all of rules this type of incident is keep happening. It’s very shameful for our education system.
